- No cashback will be given for gift cards.
- You receive cashback for actual, registered purchases/sign-ups that are completed directly, without visiting other websites in between, and entirely online, without any phone or other contact with the webshop.
- Cashback is calculated on the purchase amount excluding VAT and other additional costs, such as shipping fees, use of gift cards, reservation and administration fees.
- Items already in your cart before you click out to the webshop won't earn cashback.
- Purchases generally appear in your account within 48 hours; however, in some cases, it may take longer. The approval period for purchases varies by webshop, ranging from 2 weeks to several months.
- Most purchases are registered correctly, but occasionally something can go wrong during the process. If this happens to you, submit your claim within 30 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, we're unable to trace older purchases. Some webshops don't accept claims. If so, it's stated in the special conditions above.

Is OK safe?
Yes. Payments go through certified payment providers and your data is stored securely. We never sell your personal data. If you link your bank account, OK can only see your purchases to give you Cashback. We can never move money from your account.
How does OK make money?
Stores pay OK a commission when you shop or buy a gift card through us. We share part of that commission with you as Cashback. That is why OK is free to use.
What is Cashback?
Cashback is money you get back on a purchase. You shop or pay as usual, and a percentage of the amount is added to your OK balance. You can then withdraw it to your bank account.
